Diversity, Equity, Access & Inclusion at CCNC

CCNC recognizes the longstanding impact of systemic racism in our communities and across our nation. We are examining our organization and are dedicated to learning, change, and innovation. We commit to taking action to become an anti-racist organization. Using insights from our clinical leaders and our analytics, and working in partnership with physicians and patients, we will better understand and address persistent healthcare disparities to improve health outcomes.
