
Jennifer Wehe-Davis
Executive Vice President of Provider Services
Jennifer Wehe-Davis serves as Executive Vice President of Provider Services and will transition to Chief Operating Officer of Community Care Physician Network upon the retirement of Denise Levis-Hewson later this year.
The newly created Provider Services department unites one organizational team dedicated to sustained success in value-based care by providing outstanding service and support to our CCPN practice partners. The team encompasses CCPN Business and Network Operations, Quality Improvement and Provider Services, Behavioral Health Integration, Dyad and Medical Director leadership. This team advances CCPN’s strategic priorities as a provider-led clinically integrated network and strengthens the organization’s clinical, financial, operational, and value-based care objectives.
Jennifer is a mission-driven leader, with over 25 years of operational and organizational experience including care management, provider relations and engagement, and healthcare operations. She began her career in the field of HIV care management, where she improved access, coordination, and outcomes for individuals with complex health and social needs. She joined Community Care of Western North Carolina as a care manager in 1999 and progressed to Executive Director of the non-profit network in 2005, serving over 100 primary care practice groups across the western counties of North Carolina. In 2019, she was instrumental in leading the integration of CCNC’s regional networks in preparation for North Carolina’s Medicaid Transformation resulting in the statewide CCNC/CCPN footprint and operational infrastructure that supports CCPN providers and their members today.
Jennifer is known for building high-performing teams, strengthening organizational infrastructure, leading complex change initiatives, and aligning diverse stakeholders around measurable outcomes. She earned a BSW from Appalachian State University, and a Certificate of Nonprofit Management from Duke University, Continuing Studies. She resides in Asheville, North Carolina with her family where they enjoy watching college sports (House of Red…go Dawgs!, go Wolfpack!) and combing North Carolina beaches in search of shark teeth and other fossils.
