Earlier this month, Tom Wroth, MD, executive vice president and chief medical officer at CCNC, joined the Taiwan Ministry of Health and Welfare delegation for a panel discussion at Duke University in Durham, NC.

In addition to discussing CCNC's whole-person and whole-community care, Wroth shared examples of community outreach and utilization of data for outcome-based actions.

“Pikuei and I are fortunate to have the privilege to learn directly from Tom Wroth about CCNC’s progress over the past few years,” said Cheryl Lin, co-director of Duke’s policy and organizational management program & professor of international studies and markets and management at Duke. “These insights were very meaningful and will be helpful when the Taiwanese leaders consider policies and plan new programs to better serve the people and improve their health.”
