Carlos Jackson, Ph.D., Executive VP & Chief Data and Analytics Officer
Dr. Jackson brings a wealth of experience to CCNC. For the past seven years, as Director of Program Evaluation at CCNC, he has been instrumental in developing the robust, award-winning analytics for which we are known nationwide. His twenty-year career as a health services researcher in public, private and academic settings has been spent in understanding how to maximize use of administrative data to answer timely policy and business questions.
