School-age & Adolescent Screening Resource Guide: Psychosocial Risks and Strengths

School-age & Adolescent Screening Resource Guide: Psychosocial Risks and Strengths

School-age & Adolescent Screening Resource Guide: Psychosocial Risks and Strengths gives an overview of implementation of psychosocial assessment for school-aged children and adolescents in primary care. The resource guide is designed to assist primary care clinicians (PCCs) in screening patients for psychosocial/social-emotional risks and strengths.

The tools in this resource guide include those for primary surveillance and screening, as well as secondary screening tools for specific screening when there is risk for ADHD, anxiety, or depression. CCNC has developed specific resource guides on screening and follow-up for these concerns, and are linked in the previous sentence accordingly.
