CCNC resources make national list. Some good work by CCNC on PCMH resources and patient education materials were cited in a list of NCQA resources developed by the State of Maine, and distributed by CMS/CMMI. Congrats to CCNC’s PCMH Team and Dr. Holly Biola and the Patient Education Workgroup for developing the referenced materials.
Events
CCNC Annual Meeting is next Thursday in Cary. Ed Wagner, MD, MPH will give the luncheon keynote, with additional remarks from Al Delia (DHHS), Jack Bailey (GSK) and Maureen O'Connor (BCBSNC). Scheduled presentations include the Child Health Accountable Care Collaborative, Chronic Pain Initiative, Pregnancy Medical Home, NC Health Information Portal, ED "high flyers," the Multi-payer Demo (MAPCP) and Radiology Decision Support.
