Objective: Engaging, educating, and hearing the voice of dual eligible beneficiaries through community collaboration

Co-leads: Dennis Streets (DAAS) & Other Statewide Representatives 

  • Convene local educational roundtable discussions to educate beneficiaries, local networks, and regional interests about Planning Grant Opportunity
  • Solicit input on proposed model elements from dual eligible beneficiaries and local networks
  • Recommend needed information/communication resources to inform beneficiaries, their families and other caregivers about the new model, provisions for participation, and required information.
