CHACC Clinical Guidelines
Collaborative efforts to improve care provided to children with complex health needs.
The Child Health Care Accountable Collaborative is working to develop clinical guidelines helpful to practitioners caring for children with complex health needs. The guidelines were developed in a collaboration of clinicians from the Departments of Pediatrics at Carolinas Health Care, Duke University, East Carolina University, University of North Carolina, and Wake Forest University and primary care physicians from across North Carolina.
As the work of the group progresses, additional guidelines will be posted on this page. For more information, please contact Lynn Guerrant.
