CHACC Hematology Guidelines

The documents below were developed as part of a collaboration between CCNC, the NC Division of Public Health, the comprehensive sickle cell centers at Carolinas Health Care, Duke University, East Carolina University, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Mission, and Wake Forest University and primary care physicians across North Carolina. They were adapted from the NIHLBI guidelines to provide the primary care providers with succinct information for the management of individuals with Sickle Cell Disease.
