CCNC lauded as “state of the art” program. In recent testimony to a committee of the N.C. General Assembly, new Division of Medical Assistance Director Carol Steckel, referred to CCNC as a “state-of-the-art program” and a “model for states all across the country” on which North Carolina should build as it reforms the Medicaid program. See the coverage in the News and Observer and this Vimeo video for details.
