POSITION SUMMARY

CPESN USA is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to continue growth of the Community Pharmacy Enhanced Services Network concept and infrastructure. The ideal candidate is motivated, self-sufficient, and an excellent communicator. The Account Manager will establish professional relationships and ensure active communication and coordination among the internal team, CPESN USA pharmacy participants, local networks, luminaries, and partner collaborators to ensure timely and successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new pharmacies, networks, and partners to CPESN USA from the initial point of interest to active membership 
  • Manage contracts, amendments, and related information for existing participants and partners 
  • Maintain pharmacy demographics, user demographics, communication lists, and LMS requirements in the master database(s)
  • Assist with facilitation of CPESN workgroup sessions and meetings
  • Maintain action items for ongoing progress of CPESN Network launch phases
  • Serve as a training guide and ongoing resource to local CPESN network account managers in the field 
  • Maintain a subject-matter expert knowledge level of CPESN USA technology
  • Provide support to CPESN USA participants and partners experiencing issues with technology
  • Periodically audit the status of customer accounts to keep profiles up to date
  • Provide telephone and email support to developing networks, luminaries, local account managers, partners, and participants
  • Serve as a primary testing resource for CPESN USA-related technology
  • Clearly track and communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, either at the level of CPESN USA or local CPESNs
  • Maintain content on CPESN website, collaboration site, and LMS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience (required)
  • Pharmacy technician work experience in a community pharmacy setting (preferred)
  • Call center work experience (preferred)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Maintains a working understanding of CPESN pharmacy programs and related IT solutions
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analyzes data using tools such as Microsoft Excel
